Description of Testing:
Our partner InVivoScribe Technologies will create a LymphoTrack Assay for your patient. The patient sample is amplified for IgH and the clonal product is sequenced. A patient specific primer is designed to the complementary determining region and matched with either a consensus JH primer or a second patient specific primer to the DJ region. The assay is validated to ensure specificity to the patient clone and a sensitivity of at least 10-4. Once the assay passes IVS's quality control the assay is validated at LabPMM and the patient is tested.
- At initial diagnosis of B Cell Leukemia/Lymphoma
- After Initial Clonal Diagnosis

3 ml of bone marrow in EDTA or ACD
10 mg of Fresh Frozen Tissue
20 ug of previously isolated DNA
